This episode is pulled from the archives.  This is the first episode that was released back in February of 2006.  I found it on an old dusty external hard drive in my garage.  I make a couple of comments.  You just have to hear this one and appreciate history is being made.

In light of all of the heaviness that has been in my life the past few months, I decided to keep this show light.  I discuss some technical problems with my G4.  I discuss how some of my tunes disappeared from my iPod.  I also reflect on why I am glad I have girls.  I assert my manliness by talking about football (kind of).

This week, I update everyone on the events of the past few weeks. Specifically, I talk about my 19 Year High School Reunion. But, more significantly, I talk about me being let go at work due to some restructuring.

With that in mind, I also plugged a podcast that I listen to call Manager Tools (www.manager-tools.com ). They offer a Pre-Layoff preparedness series that makes much better sense now. They have some great resoruces for managers or those seeking to be managers.

I really am trying to do this more consistently. No, really I am.
